WizeBuySell plots buy and sell levels on your own chart. It does not tell you what to do with your money. Please read this page in full before you start a trial, pay for a plan or place a trade on any signal.

The short version

WizeBuySell is charting software. It plots buy and sell levels on your own AmiBroker or TradingView chart from a fixed technical formula. It is a tool for technical analysis and education. It is not investment advice, a research report, a tip service or portfolio management, and nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, commodity or currency.

WizeBuySell is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. We do not manage money, take positions for customers, or know your financial situation.

Trading in equities, futures, options, commodities and currencies carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose part or all of your capital, and with leveraged products more than you put in. SEBI's own study of the equity F&O segment found that 9 out of 10 individual traders made net losses. Past signals, back-tests and illustrative examples do not predict or guarantee future results. We do not promise any profit, return or accuracy.

Every trading decision you take, and its result, is your responsibility. Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser if you need personal advice.

AmiBroker is a trademark of AmiBroker.com. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. NSE, MCX, Nifty and Bank Nifty are trademarks of their respective owners. WizeBuySell is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

The sections below say the same things in more detail. If anything here conflicts with a sales call, a WhatsApp message or a video, this page is the one that applies.

1. What the software is

WizeBuySell is a technical-analysis charting tool. It is an AFL formula that runs inside your copy of AmiBroker, and a Pine indicator that runs on your TradingView account. It reads price data and plots an entry level, three targets and a stop-loss from a fixed set of rules.

The same rules apply to every customer and every symbol. The software does not know who you are, how much capital you have, what you already hold or how much loss you can bear. The feature breakdown describes what it plots and how.

2. What the software is not

  • It is not investment advice, and it is not personalised to you.
  • It is not a research report or a research service.
  • It is not a tip service, a calls service or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
  • It is not portfolio management (PMS). We never handle, pool or manage customer money.
  • It is not an auto-trading system. It does not place, modify or exit orders.

A level plotted on a chart is the output of a formula. Treat it as one input to your own analysis, not as an instruction.

3. SEBI registration status

WizeBuySell is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

We sell a software licence. We do not give buy or sell opinions on specific securities, we do not take positions for customers, and our staff will not tell you which trade to take. If a support call drifts that way, expect us to decline.

4. Trading risk

Trading in equities, futures, options, commodities and currency derivatives carries a high risk of loss. It is not suitable for everyone. You can lose part or all of the capital you put in.

Leverage

Futures and short option positions are leveraged. A small move against you can wipe out your margin, and your loss can be larger than the amount you deposited. Gaps, circuit limits and thin liquidity can stop you from exiting at the stop-loss shown on the chart.

What SEBI’s own data shows

SEBI’s study of the equity F&O segment found that 9 out of 10 individual traders made net losses. Using charting software, ours or anyone else’s, does not take you out of that statistic. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

5. No promise of profit or accuracy

We do not promise or guarantee any profit, return, win rate or accuracy. Stop-losses get hit. Some signals fail immediately. Some days and some market conditions produce a run of losing signals.

We do not publish an accuracy percentage, and nobody at WizeBuySell is authorised to quote one to you. If someone claiming to represent us promises a fixed return, please report it through the contact page.

6. Past signals, back-tests and examples

Past signals and back-tested results do not predict future results. Back-tests are built with hindsight. They assume every order fills at the plotted price and ignore slippage, brokerage, taxes, impact cost and the trades you would have skipped or exited early.

Signal tables, charts, screenshots and worked examples on this website are illustrative. They show how the software displays information. They are not a record of trades anyone took, and they are not a projection of what you will earn.

7. Data feeds, platforms and brokers

The software depends on products we do not own or control: your real-time data feed, AmiBroker, TradingView, your broker, your internet connection and your computer. A signal is only as good as the data it is computed from.

  • A delayed, missing or incorrect tick from your data vendor can delay, move or suppress a signal.
  • Two customers on different data feeds can see slightly different levels on the same symbol.
  • Alerts sent by WhatsApp, email or TradingView can arrive late or not at all.
  • Platform updates by AmiBroker or TradingView can change how a script behaves until we release a fix.

We are not responsible for outages, latency or errors in any third-party service. Always check the live price with your broker before you act.

8. Your responsibility

Every trade you place is your own decision. You choose the instrument, the quantity, the entry, the exit and whether to trade at all. You are solely responsible for the result, including any loss, brokerage, tax or penalty.

Use the 2-day free trial to watch the signals on a live market without putting money at risk, and decide for yourself whether the tool fits the way you trade.

9. No auto-trading

WizeBuySell generates chart levels and alerts. It does not connect to your broker and does not place orders. We do not sell, configure or support broker bridges, algo execution or any form of automated trading.

If you connect our alerts to an execution tool on your own, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are also responsible for complying with your broker’s and the exchange’s rules on algorithmic trading.

10. Testimonials

Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experience of the customer quoted. They usually describe the software, the installation or our support. They are not typical results, not a claim about profit, and not a suggestion that you will have the same experience.

11. Educational content

Blog posts, videos, tutorials, glossary entries and the frequently asked questions are general education about technical analysis and about using the software. Any symbol, price or chart mentioned is an example. None of it is a recommendation on a security.

12. Third-party trademarks

AmiBroker is a trademark of AmiBroker.com. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. NSE, MCX, Nifty and Bank Nifty are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named on this website only to describe compatibility and coverage.

WizeBuySell is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any of these companies or exchanges.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WizeBuySell, its owners and its staff are not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss that arises from using, or being unable to use, the software, the alerts or this website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in our terms of use. Payments and refunds are covered separately in the refund policy.

14. Get personal advice from a registered adviser

If you need advice on what to buy or sell, how much to invest or whether derivatives are right for you, speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser. You can verify any adviser’s registration on the SEBI website before you engage them.
