Terms of use

1. Agreement

By using this website, starting a trial or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms, the risk disclaimer, the privacy policy and the refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

“Software” means the WizeBuySell strategies published as invite-only indicators on TradingView, and any updates, watchlists and documentation we supply with them. “We” and “us” mean WizeBuySell, Chandigarh.

2. Who can use the software

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You must give us accurate contact details. If you buy on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

3. The 7-day trial

• The trial runs for 7 days and costs ₹199 per strategy, paid by UPI. Bundles have their own trial price, shown on the pricing page.
• It is limited to one trial per person, per phone number and per TradingView username.
• The licence terms in section 4 apply during the trial exactly as they do to a paid plan.
• Access stops on its own when the trial ends. Nothing renews; you pay again only if you choose a plan.
• The trial fee is not refundable. See section 6.
• We may refuse or end a trial where we see repeat sign-ups or signs of misuse.

4. Your licence

When you start a trial or pay for a plan, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own trading analysis, for the period your plan covers.

• The licence is tied to the single TradingView username you give us.
• It works on any device where you log in to TradingView with that username. Nothing is installed.
• Moving the licence to a different TradingView username is handled by our support team.
• The licence is for one individual. It does not cover a trading desk, a classroom or a group.

The software is licensed, not sold. You get no ownership of the strategies, the indicators or the logic behind them.

5. What you must not do

• Resell, rent, lend, sublicense or give away the software or your access to it.
• Share your licence, your TradingView login or your access with another person.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code or logic of any strategy.
• Redistribute a strategy, or publish modified or derived versions of it.
• Remove or bypass access or expiry checks.
• Rebroadcast the signals or alerts to others, paid or free, through Telegram, WhatsApp, social media or any tip service.

6. Plans and payment

We offer a 7-day trial and plans of 1 month, 3 months and 1 year, for a single strategy or a bundle. There is no lifetime plan. Prices are set out on the pricing page, and the version of that page on the day you pay is the one that applies to you.

• All prices are in Indian rupees and are the final amount you pay.
• Payment is by UPI only, to the details we send you. We never ask for your UPI PIN or bank login.
• Plans run for a fixed period from activation. They do not renew unless you choose to pay again.
• Your access is activated after payment is confirmed and your TradingView username is added.
• We may change prices for new purchases and renewals. A period you have already paid for is not affected.
• Payments are not refundable. The only exception is a payment error, such as a duplicate or wrong debit, which we correct as set out in the refund policy.

7. What you need from third parties

The software runs on top of products we do not sell. You must arrange and pay for these yourself:

• A TradingView account. Its plan limits on alerts, indicators and charts apply.
• A Windows or Mac computer, or a phone with the TradingView app, and an internet connection.
• A broker account, because you place every trade yourself.
• For the Bitcoin strategy, an account on a crypto platform of your choice. Cryptocurrency is not regulated in India.

We are not responsible for the price, quality, uptime or policy changes of any third-party product.

8. No investment advice

The software is a technical-analysis charting tool. It is not investment advice, research, a tip service or portfolio management. WizeBuySell is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. We do not promise any profit, return or accuracy.

9. Acceptable use of the website and support

• Do not scrape, overload, probe or attack the website, the customer portal or our systems.
• Do not submit false details or impersonate another person.
• Do not use our name, screenshots or content to promote another product or a tip service.
• Treat our support staff with ordinary courtesy. We may end a support session where a customer is abusive.

10. Intellectual property

The strategies, the indicators, their logic, the website, the documentation, the videos and the WizeBuySell name and logo belong to us and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

TradingView, NSE, Nifty, Bank Nifty and Bitcoin are names or trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence immediately, without refund, if you break section 5, share or resell your access, reverse a valid payment, or use the software for anything unlawful.

When a licence ends, we remove your TradingView access and you must stop using the software. Sections 5, 8, 10, 13, 14 and 15 continue to apply after termination.

12. Availability and updates

We work to keep the strategies working on the current version of TradingView. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may change, add or retire features or strategies as markets, exchanges and platforms change. We will tell active customers before we retire a strategy they are using.

13. No warranty

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty, express or implied, about accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with your system beyond the stated requirements.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. This applies however the loss arises, including from delayed, missed or incorrect signals or alerts.

Our total liability to you for all claims connected with the software or these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim, penalty or reasonable legal cost that results from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the software, or your violation of any law or any third party’s rights. This includes claims from people you shared or resold the software or its signals to.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any dispute with us first, through the contact page, and give us 30 days to resolve it. If it remains unresolved, the courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

• If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we have not waived it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business is reorganised or sold.
• We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as exchange outages, internet failures or government action.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We will tell active customers about significant changes by email or WhatsApp. If you keep using the software after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
